The Santa’s Workshop Alexa Skill application (“Application”, “Service”, “Skill”, “Alexa Skill”) is provided by TreesWithLeaves, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

What, Why, & How do we collect Personal Info
Santa’s Workshop may passively collect a Persistent Identifier through our Alexa skill provider, Amazon Web Services. We require this information in order that we may provide support for the internal operations of our service including.
Maintaining or analyzing the functioning of the service;
Authenticating users of the site and personalizing content;
Preventing the abuse or overuse of our service and content;
Protecting the security of the user and the service;
Protecting the integrity of the service.
In addition, Santa’s Workshop may need to remember what audio you have listened to and which audio to play next. This Persistent Identifier is required to link this information with your account. Accordingly, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act considers such an identifier to be personal information and so we treat it with the utmost care and consideration including giving parents and guardians the option to view and delete this information from their account (see below for more details).
Description of Parental Rights
We will not require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in our service, and have described all such personal information in the above “What, Why & How do we collect Personal Info” section;
As a parent or guardian, you have the right to review your child’s personal information, direct us to delete it, and refuse to allow us any further collection or use of your child’s information;
As a parent and guardian, you can agree to the collection and use of your child’s information and still not allow disclosure to third parties unless it’s part of the service.
Permission to Enable & Parental Consent
Because this Alexa Skill may be accessed by children under the age of 13, a parent or guardian of a user who is under the age of 13, must give permission using their linked “Amazon Alexa” mobile application.
Parental Consent for skills enabled on your Alexa Device including Santa’s Workshop, can be administered by a parent or guardian through the Manage Parental Consent website located at:

Personal Information - Review and Deletion
If you wish to review or remove any personal information, please complete the steps below BEFORE disabling Santa’s Workshop on your Alexa Device.
To reviewing any personal information collected by our skill, specifically the above-mentioned persistent identifier, please say the following toward your Alexa Speaker.
“Alexa, ask Santa’s Workshop to display stored personal info.”
Alexa will send a display card to your linked “Amazon Alexa” mobile app with this information.
If you would like us to remove this information from our service, please say the following toward your Alexa Speaker.
“Alexa, ask Santa’s to remove all personal information”
Finally say:
“Alexa, disable Santa’s Workshop.”
